In Solo Leveling, Gates can turn ordinary cities into disaster zones without much warning. With monsters pouring into the human world, Guilds became one of humanity’s most important defenses. These organizations bring Hunters together to raid dungeons, protect civilians, collect valuable resources, and make money from the dangerous world created by the appearance of Gates.
Of course, not every guild is built the same way.
Some organizations have several powerful S-Rank Hunters on their rosters, while others depend almost entirely on one exceptional Hunter. Then there is Sung Jinwoo, whose rise from the weakest Hunter to one of the most terrifying forces in the series completely changes how guild strength can be measured.
For this ranking of the strongest guilds in Solo Leveling, the focus is not simply on the most powerful individual Hunter. Roster depth, Hunter ranks, leadership, combat achievements, organizational strength, and overall battlefield potential all factor into the rankings.
And once Jinwoo enters the equation, things get a little ridiculous.
7. Fame Guild Has a Powerful S-Rank Leader

Fame Guild earns a place among the strongest guilds in Solo Leveling largely because of its guild master, Ma Dongwook. An S-Rank Tanker, Dongwook is one of the notable Hunters operating in South Korea and gives the guild a powerful frontline presence.
His physical abilities and gigantification make him particularly effective in close combat, while the guild itself has a roster that reportedly includes a significant number of Mage-type Hunters. That specialization gives Fame Guild a useful identity when dealing with different types of Gates.
The problem is that Fame does not have the same proven depth as some of the guilds higher on this list. Its greatest asset is an undeniably powerful S-Rank Hunter rather than a roster packed with multiple elite Hunters.
That makes Fame Guild a respected organization, but its ceiling is lower than Korea’s true guild powerhouses.
6. Scavenger Guild Has Thomas Andre as Its Biggest Weapon

The Scavenger Guild is one of the most formidable organizations in the United States, and its reputation is closely tied to one name: Thomas Andre.
As a National-Level Hunter and one of the survivors of the Kamish Raid, Thomas Andre operates on a completely different level from conventional S-Rank Hunters. His overwhelming strength effectively gives the Scavenger Guild a walking superweapon capable of changing the outcome of major battles.
The guild also benefits from the presence of other powerful Hunters, including S-Rank Hunter Hwang Dongsoo. Its enormous size and international reputation further establish Scavenger as a major force in the Solo Leveling world.
Still, much of its demonstrated power revolves around Thomas Andre. That makes the guild incredibly dangerous, but also somewhat dependent on its strongest asset. Compared with organizations that possess greater demonstrated depth, Scavenger Guild falls short of the top five.
5. Richter Guild Represents Germany’s Elite Hunters

Germany’s Richter Guild takes the fifth spot thanks largely to its leader, Lennart Niermann.
Lennart is Germany’s strongest Hunter and is ranked among the world’s most powerful Hunters, making him an exceptional asset for the guild. His status gives Richter international prestige and ensures that the organization cannot simply be dismissed when the world’s strongest guilds are discussed.
However, there is an important limitation when ranking Richter Guild: comparatively little is established about the strength of its wider roster.
Lennart is clearly the guild’s standout figure, but the series does not provide enough evidence to place Richter above organizations with multiple proven elite Hunters. In other words, Germany has an extraordinary ace in Lennart, but the full strength of the deck is much harder to measure.
4. Draw Sword Guild Was Once Japan’s Most Powerful Guild

Japan’s Draw Sword Guild was arguably one of the most intimidating guilds in Solo Leveling at its peak.
The organization had an astonishing collection of S-Rank Hunters, with Goto Ryuji serving as its guild master and Japan’s strongest Hunter. Having 11 S-Rank Hunters associated with the guild gave Draw Sword an enormous concentration of high-level combat power.
That dominance, however, came at a devastating cost during the Jeju Island Raid.
The Ant King, later known as Beru, helped turn the fourth Jeju Island Raid into a massacre. Seven of Japan’s S-Rank Hunters were killed, including Goto Ryuji. Only four survived, dramatically reducing Draw Sword’s strength.
The guild eventually continued under Reiji Sugimoto, but it was no longer the terrifying force it had been before Jeju Island.
Its peak roster deserves recognition, which is why Draw Sword still ranks fourth. Few guilds could match the concentration of S-Rank Hunters it once possessed, even if the organization paid an enormous price for that strength.
3. White Tiger Guild Is One of Korea’s Most Reliable Powerhouses

The White Tiger Guild stands out because its strength isn’t based entirely on a single Hunter. Guild Master Baek Yoonho provides the organization with a powerful S-Rank core, while several high-ranking Hunters give the guild additional depth.
Baek Yoonho’s transformation ability makes him an extremely dangerous close-range fighter, and his leadership gives White Tiger a strong foundation for difficult dungeon operations. The guild also has capable A-Rank Hunters such as Baek Miho and Kim Chul, alongside lower-ranked Hunters who allow the organization to operate on a much larger scale.
Its involvement in dangerous missions, including the Red Gate incident and the Jeju Island operation, demonstrates that White Tiger can function under serious pressure.
The guild still sits below the Hunters Guild because it lacks the same concentration of elite Hunters. But when it comes to overall organization, battlefield experience, and dependable strength, White Tiger remains one of Korea’s strongest guilds.
2. Hunters Guild Has Korea’s Deepest Elite Roster

If guild strength were measured purely by roster depth, the Hunters Guild would have a strong argument for the No. 1 position.
Before Ahjin Guild’s rise, Hunters Guild was considered Korea’s largest and strongest guild. Its biggest advantage was the presence of two S-Rank Hunters: Guild Master Choi Jong-In and Vice-Guild Master Cha Hae-In.
Choi Jong-In brings devastating fire-based magic to the organization, while Cha Hae-In is an exceptional swordswoman whose combat ability places her among Korea’s strongest Hunters.
But the guild’s real advantage is what comes underneath those two S-Ranks.
Hunters Guild has powerful A-Rank Hunters supporting its first strike team, while its second strike team includes both A- and B-Rank Hunters. That depth allows the organization to operate multiple teams and handle Gates without putting all of its resources behind a single superstar.
It is a large, experienced and highly versatile organization, which is why it comfortably takes the second spot on this list.
1. Ahjin Guild Became the Most Overpowered Force in Solo Leveling

Technically speaking, Ahjin Guild is tiny.
In fact, its conventional roster makes the guild look almost laughable compared with organizations such as Hunters Guild or Draw Sword. But conventional numbers stop mattering when Sung Jinwoo is involved.
Ahjin’s core members include Sung Jinwoo, Yoo Jinho and Yoo Soohyun. Jinwoo is obviously the reason the guild sits at No. 1.
By this stage of Solo Leveling, Jinwoo has evolved far beyond the Hunter who once struggled to survive even the weakest dungeon. His Shadow Monarch powers allow him to command an enormous Shadow Army, turning what appears to be a three-member guild into a force capable of overwhelming armies of powerful opponents.
That distinction is important. Ahjin does not have the deepest conventional Hunter roster. It doesn’t have dozens of S-Rank Hunters like Draw Sword once did, and it doesn’t maintain the same organizational structure as Hunters Guild.
It simply has Sung Jinwoo and his Shadow Army.
And that is more than enough.
Jinwoo’s summons give Ahjin an absurd amount of combat power while also allowing him to fight on a scale that ordinary guilds cannot replicate. The guild’s tiny membership becomes almost irrelevant once its guild master can deploy an army of shadows.
That is ultimately why Ahjin Guild ranks No. 1 among the strongest guilds in Solo Leveling. Other guilds rely on elite Hunters. Ahjin has a Shadow Monarch.
Which Is the Strongest Guild in Solo Leveling?
The answer depends on how guild strength is measured, but Ahjin Guild is the clear winner once Sung Jinwoo’s Shadow Army is included.
Hunters Guild has arguably the best conventional roster, while Draw Sword demonstrated an incredible concentration of S-Rank Hunters before the Jeju Island disaster. Scavenger Guild has Thomas Andre, and White Tiger has built a reliable organization around Baek Yoonho.
Ahjin, however, operates by completely different rules.
Sung Jinwoo’s transformation into the Shadow Monarch makes traditional guild comparisons almost meaningless. What began as one of the smallest guilds in the series ultimately became the most overwhelming force on the battlefield.
And that is what makes Solo Leveling‘s guild system so entertaining: the strongest organization isn’t necessarily the one with the most Hunters. Sometimes, all you need is one Hunter who can raise an entire army from the dead.
Final Ranking: Strongest Solo Leveling Guilds
- Ahjin Guild
- Hunters Guild
- White Tiger Guild
- Draw Sword Guild
- Richter Guild
- Scavenger Guild
- Fame Guild
The rankings may change depending on whether you prioritize a guild’s peak strength, current roster, or individual Hunter power, but one thing is difficult to argue with: once Sung Jinwoo and his Shadow Army enter the battlefield, the competition becomes extremely one-sided.
